Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years' experience in 1st and 2nd line Service Desk support.
- Excellent communication skills with a user-centred mindset.
- Experience managing Microsoft Azure and desktop technologies.
- Strong analysis, work planning, time management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to be primarily office-based near end users.
- Willingness to travel to UK sites.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional, supportive, and timely 1st line logging, triage, investigation, and resolution of incidents, problems, and requests.
- Provide proactive communications to stakeholders regarding incident status.
- Perform 2nd line infrastructure health checks and proactive monitoring of core platforms.
- Administer key systems, including user accounts, email, networks, and printers.
- Manage ICT asset configuration, build, deployment, and maintenance of end-user devices.
- Apply ITIL and ISO best practices, supporting audits and resolving findings.
- Support larger-scale infrastructure projects and improvement initiatives.
