Job summary
The Infrastructure Engineer will support critical LAN/WAN infrastructure across UK programmes, delivering technical services in an ITIL environment with Agile change delivery. The role covers enterprise Windows Server and Red Hat Linux, VMware virtual estates, hyper-converged infrastructure, NetApp and Dell storage, Active Directory, Exchange, SQL Server, and Veeam, alongside desktop build development, application packaging, and infrastructure troubleshooting.

Qualifications
- Experience managing and supporting Microsoft Exchange 2013 or later
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and SQL database clustering
- Experience with Veeam Backup
- Experience implementing Ivanti Device and Application Control
- Experience delivering ITIL ICT services and SAFe Agile critical infrastructure changes
- Experience working in a business-critical or safety-critical environment
- Willingness to undergo SC or DV clearance, depending on role requirements
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical services in a critical LAN/WAN environment using ITIL service delivery and Agile change processes
- Manage and maintain enterprise Windows Server and Red Hat Linux infrastructure
- Manage and maintain VMware virtualized estates and hyper-converged infrastructure
- Manage and troubleshoot NetApp and Dell storage
