The Infrastructure Engineer will enhance the stability and improvements of PayPoint Group’s IT Infrastructure, focusing on automation and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven production support or project delivery experience
• Ability to document and explain designs
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
• Expert knowledge in Windows Server OS
• Understanding of security in network and server environments

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for infrastructure
• Engage with 3rd party support for incident resolution
• Conduct root cause and impact analysis
• Ensure compliance with security standards
• Assist with projects and infrastructure delivery
• Drive automation of infrastructure tasks
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Promote continuous service improvement
• Ensure quality of service for support tickets
• Review and approve changes in change management
• Implement and test disaster recovery services
• Update documentation and policies
• Cover on-call duties
• Perform additional duties as needed
