Job summary

As an Infrastructure Engineer in Network Firewalls Services at Nat***, you will develop and implement core infrastructure technologies while ensuring compliance with security and performance standards. You will also manage infrastructure roadmaps and provide operational support during major incidents.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand how expertise supports customers
• Clear understanding of infrastructure layers or stack
• Broad knowledge across multiple platforms such as server, operating system, virtualization, database, middleware, or network
• Experience contributing to roadmaps and strategies
• Experience working closely with third parties on assurance of their output and managing performance

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement core infrastructure technologies, products and services against customer and non-functional requirements
• Ensure the infrastructure technology complies with security, availability, resilience, performance, and capacity
• Contribute to and manage the selection, creation, and maintenance of infrastructure technologies
• Ensure platform backlog contains detailed acceptance criteria
• Produce and manage infrastructure roadmaps
• Provide operational support during major incidents or complex technical issues
• Build and leverage relationships with colleagues across the bank
