Job summary
Provide technical support for IT infrastructure, assisting employees and contractors to maximize desktop systems usage.
Qualifications
- Degree level education in relevant IT discipline
- Experience in desktop support role within IT Department
- Additional technical training and certification preferred
- Experience in health service environment preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist NHSL employees and approved 3rd party contractors
- Manage IT Service Desk calls and prioritize work
- Maintain high customer service standards
- Resolve user complaints and escalate as needed
