Job summary
The Infrastructure Engineer at NHS Lanarkshire is responsible for the implementation, administration, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Managed Print Service.

Qualifications
- Experience in a desktop support role within an IT department
- Additional technical training and certification in relevant skills preferred
- Experience in a health service environment preferred
- Participation in eHealth on-call support service may be required
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance and support to NHSL employees and approved 3rd party contractors
- Manage IT Service Desk calls and prioritise work to meet department SLAs
- Maintain high customer service standards and manage user expectations
- Handle user complaints and escalate to management as needed
Degrees
Degree level in a relevant IT discipline
Work schedule
Shift work between 8am and 6pmOvertime may occasionally be required out of normal hours and at weekends
