Job summary

NIKE is seeking a TechOps Engineer to provide technical support across their UK & Ireland offices and retail stores. The role involves managing technology operations, supporting retail environments, and collaborating with various technology teams to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

• familiar with project management principles and ITIL practices
• experience with Agile practices and tools such as Jira & Confluence
• understanding of Apple devices
• comfortable with A/V setups and configurations
• working knowledge of network technologies
• understanding of PoE and network-powered devices
• confident in troubleshooting and installing enterprise network devices
• ability to liaise with third-party contractors

Responsibilities

• handle technology support operations across retail stores and corporate offices
• represent team for projects with EMEA/Global teams
• ensure technology equipment meets latest standards
• image/configure Windows Laptops & Apple MAC devices
• complete asset management and stock audits
• communicate technology concepts to all individuals
• schedule and complete regular operation checks
• identify trends in support requests to improve services
• review open incidents & problems daily with the team
• support office re-fits and upgrades
• provide end-to-end support for retail technology environments
• ensure high availability and performance of retail systems
• act as initial technology point of escalation for local business
• assist in quality assurance reviews of service partners
