The Infrastructure Engineer role focuses on designing, deploying, and maintaining scalable cloud environments for high-volume data operations. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Professional experience in infrastructure engineering, cloud engineering, platform engineering, or DevOps.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS services such as EKS, EC2, and S3.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
  • Understanding of routing, DNS, and networking concepts.
  • Experience with messaging or streaming platforms like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability practices.
  • Understanding of modern DevOps methodologies.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and maintain scalable and resilient infrastructure supporting high-volume data and application workloads.
  • Manage containerized environments using Kubernetes, including deployment, configuration, scaling, and operational support.
  • Build and optimize AWS infrastructure utilizing services such as EKS, EC2, and S3.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices.
  • Develop and maintain reliable routing and DNS solutions to support distributed applications and high availability.
  • Configure and support messaging and event-streaming platforms such as RabbitMQ and Kafka.
  • Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability capabilities using tools such as Grafana.
  • Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
  • Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, networking, and application issues.
  • Apply cloud security and infrastructure best practices.
  • Contribute to incident response and ongoing platform optimization.
