Job summary

As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will maintain and enhance critical environments, ensuring system stability, security, and performance. You will support the resolution of infrastructure issues, implement system changes, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• strong systems management and infrastructure support experience
• proven ability to investigate and resolve technical incidents and problems
• experience implementing system changes and security patches
• ability to create and maintain clear technical documentation
• UK National with current SC Clearance or eligibility to obtain SC Clearance

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve system incidents and infrastructure problems
• Implement and deliver approved system changes and security updates
• Maintain and improve system reliability and operational performance
• Document and manage change requests and technical activities
• Support and collaborate with stakeholders across the programme
• Monitor and respond to infrastructure incidents as they arise
