SettleParadigm is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to manage and secure their cloud and on-premise systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing cloud infrastructure
• Strong desktop support in Windows environments
• Experience with SaaS and IaaS solutions
• Knowledge of Windows Servers and endpoint management
• Clear communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work with all levels of colleagues

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and Azure
• Support cloud infrastructure provisioning and security
• Contribute to cloud-based solution design and implementation
• Ensure system performance, reliability, and security
• Support backup and disaster recovery processes
• Implement and support network systems
• Act as a senior escalation point for issues
• Maintain system documentation
• Support cyber security operations
• Ensure regular system updates
• Follow testing and change management processes
• Manage infrastructure per ISO and ITIL best practices
• Collaborate with IT colleagues
• Document risks and mitigation plans
• Share knowledge and support improvements
• Identify new technology opportunities
