Qualifications

• Interest in learning storage technologies and infrastructure support
• Experience in an infrastructure support role
• Ability to self-learn new storage technologies
• Monitoring, tuning, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills
• Interest in scripting for infrastructure automation

Responsibilities

• Maintain, secure, and ensure availability of Storage and SAN infrastructure
• Automate infrastructure tasks to reduce repetitive processes
• Provision, maintain, replicate, recover, migrate data, and document for Open Systems Storage and Backup environments
• Support complex Storage & Backup devices
• Provide On-Call support for infrastructure
