Job summary
Lig*** is seeking a Storage Infrastructure Engineer to build and operate storage systems for large-scale AI/ML workloads.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with distributed storage systems
- Strong Linux systems experience in production
- Proficiency in Python for automation
- Experience with bare-metal infrastructure
- Ability to debug complex system issues
- Experience with storage networking protocols
Responsibilities
- Operate and scale distributed storage systems
- Improve performance, reliability, and efficiency of storage systems
- Troubleshoot complex storage and data path issues
- Optimize storage performance for AI training and inference workloads
- Build and maintain automation for storage infrastructure
- Develop tools and workflows to reduce operational overhead
- Manage and operate Linux-based systems in production
- Support capacity planning and utilization tracking
- Leverage monitoring to diagnose issues and improve performance
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate storage
