Job summary
The Infrastructure Engineer role focuses on deploying and maintaining cutting-edge software while developing tools and integrations with third-party infrastructure components. Key responsibilities include building reliable, scalable applications, automating deployment processes, and contributing to disaster recovery and observability tooling using technologies such as Python, Golang, Prometheus, and Kubernetes.
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar technical field
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience
- Experience with production-ready infrastructure management tooling using Python or Golang
- Familiarity with observability tools, databases, event streaming platforms, and container orchestration
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with CI/CD systems
Responsibilities
- Support the engineering team in building reliable, scalable applications
- Help design and build tools for scalability and high availability
- Develop observability and orchestration tooling for customer deployments
- Contribute to disaster recovery and redundancy tooling
- Assist in improving code quality with new tools and processes
