  • Expertise in 2nd and 3rd Line Support for email, telephony, and Microsoft 365 issues.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Unified Communications technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with configuring, managing, and optimizing the CXone platform, routing, IVR management, analytics, and reporting.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for VoIP, SIP, and related telephony technologies.
  • Understanding of networking principles and protocols related to Unified Communications.
  • Ability to integrate unified communication systems with existing IT infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements for Unified Communications.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation, including MSGraph interaction.
  • Experience utilizing data analysis tools such as Microsoft PowerBi.
  • Knowledge and experience with ITIL frameworks and practices.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver Microsoft 365-based Cloud Services with a focus on Unified Communications.
  • Configure, manage, and optimize the CXone platform, including routing, IVR management, analytics, and reporting.
  • Contribute to IT infrastructure projects and support initiatives.
  • Perform fault-finding and resolution for Unified Communications infrastructure.
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd Line Support for email, telephony, and Microsoft 365 issues.
  • Manage and troubleshoot Teams Telephony, including Call Queues, Direct Routing, and Auto Attendants.
  • Liaise with users and third parties for support.
  • Collaborate on deploying new solutions based on architectural designs.
  • Maintain and optimize cloud-based applications and tools, ensuring integration with on-premises components.
  • Resolve faults, conduct system checks, propose improvements, and provide ongoing technical support.
  • Support Microsoft Exchange Online.
  • Work with InfoSec to ensure security and resilience of Unified Communication systems.
  • Assist in decommissioning outdated systems and applications.
  • Provide technical support for Operations and Service Desk teams.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Deliver training to end-users and IT staff on Microsoft Unified Communications tools.
