Job summary

The Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure Engineer will maintain and optimize the organization’s IT infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments. This includes managing cloud services, automation tools, virtualized infrastructure, and network services. • Monitor system availability and performance across cloud and on-premises environments, proactively addressing potential issues.
• Support and maintain critical hybrid cloud infrastructure components to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Partner with team members to build and sustain a high-performing, collaborative culture.
• Participate in resolution of complex infrastructure challenges, leveraging knowledge of cloud and virtualization technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve service interruptions in hybrid cloud environments, ensuring quick and effective recovery.
• Conduct root cause analysis for system failures, apply corrective actions, and ensure long-term infrastructure resilience.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans, focusing on hybrid cloud architectures.
• Identify and mitigate potential security vulnerabilities within hybrid cloud environments.
