Job summary
Wes*** is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to manage the School’s core IT infrastructure, providing hands-on operational support and contributing to IT projects and service improvements.
Qualifications
- Professional experience with IT infrastructure
- Experience supporting network technologies
- Experience with Windows Server and/or Linux environments
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain wired and wireless networks
- Monitor network performance, availability and security
- Operate and monitor next-generation firewalls
- Maintain comms rooms and network cabinets
- Administer Windows Server and Linux environments
- Implement and monitor backup and recovery processes
- Support Active Directory and Group Policy administration
- Carry out operational cybersecurity measures
- Provide escalation support for technical issues
