Job summary
The Infrastructure Platform Engineer - Cloud at OLG is responsible for the delivery, monitoring, and maintenance of cloud operations systems and services.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree in information systems, business administration, or project management
- Minimum of three to five years’ experience in cloud operations in an enterprise environment
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance of cloud production environments
- Execute day-to-day delivery for cloud and application operations
- Participate in incident, problem, and release management
- Deliver design and development of infrastructure enhancements
- Support implementation and integration of new cloud infrastructure
- Provide tier 2 cloud and application support
- Manage technology assets through lifecycle
- Support change and release management process
- Develop and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans
- Identify and communicate operational risks
- Maintain process and procedures documentation
- Act as escalation point for team members
- Assist with operational initiatives and stakeholder management
