Job Title: Infrastructure Reliability Engineer Location: Edmonton, AB Note: Prior experience in BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom is non-negotiable. Position Overview: Seeking an experienced Infrastructure Reliability Engineer with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments. The ideal candidate will support infrastructure resiliency, automation, and operational reliability across enterprise environments. Responsibilities Design and support infrastructure reliability solutions across BFSI, Public Sector, and Telecom environments. Support modernization initiatives for banking systems, government platforms, OSS/BSS platforms, billing systems, charging platforms, and telecom infrastructure. Build resilient infrastructure supporting telecom network operations, 5G services, and enterprise digital platforms. Implement monitoring, observability, and infrastructure automation solutions. Support disaster recovery, backup, failover, and business continuity initiatives. Conduct capacity planning, resiliency testing, and performance analysis. Collaborate with infrastructure, platform, cloud, and security teams. Implement self-healing and operational automation capabilities. Ensure compliance with governance, security, and regulatory requirements. Drive continuous improvement and infrastructure optimization efforts. Required Qualifications Experience as an Infrastructure Reliability Engineer within BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments. Experience supporting banking systems, government applications, OSS/BSS, billing, charging, network operations, or telecom infrastructure platforms. Strong infrastructure operations and reliability engineering experience. Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Experience with automation, scripting, and Infrastructure as Code. Understanding of governance, compliance, and security requirements. Experience supporting enterprise-scale infrastructure environments. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Experience with disaster recovery and resiliency planning.
