Job summary

Seeking an experienced Infrastructure Reliability Engineer with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments to support infrastructure resiliency, automation, and operational reliability across enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Infrastructure Reliability Engineer within BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments
• Experience supporting banking systems, government applications, OSS/BSS, billing, charging, network operations, or telecom infrastructure platforms
• Strong infrastructure operations and reliability engineering experience
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
• Experience with automation, scripting, and Infrastructure as Code
• Understanding of governance, compliance, and security requirements
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale infrastructure environments
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Experience with disaster recovery and resiliency planning

Responsibilities

• Design and support infrastructure reliability solutions across BFSI, Public Sector, and Telecom environments
• Support modernization initiatives for banking systems, government platforms, OSS/BSS platforms, billing systems, charging platforms, and telecom infrastructure
• Build resilient infrastructure supporting telecom network operations, 5G services, and enterprise digital platforms
• Implement monitoring, observability, and infrastructure automation solutions
• Support disaster recovery, backup, failover, and business continuity initiatives
• Conduct capacity planning, resiliency testing, and performance analysis
• Collaborate with infrastructure, platform, cloud, and security teams
• Implement self-healing and operational automation capabilities
• Ensure compliance with governance, security, and regulatory requirements
• Drive continuous improvement and infrastructure optimization efforts
