Ingeniero DevOps / SRE / Platform Support Lead

Job summary

Lidera el soporte, mantenimiento y evolución de plataformas tecnológicas críticas, garantizando su disponibilidad, rendimiento, escalabilidad y seguridad. Diseña y optimiza arquitecturas y despliegues, gestiona incidencias y copias de seguridad, e impulsa la monitorización y automatización en colaboración con equipos de desarrollo, QA e infraestructura. El trabajo abarca entornos AWS y Azure, CI/CD con ArgoCD y GitHub, contenedores Docker y Kubernetes, scripting en Python, Dynatrace e IaC con Terraform o Crossplane.

Qualifications

• Experience in DevOps, SRE, and IT application and platform support.
• Knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, especially ArgoCD and GitHub.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Python programming and scripting skills.
• Experience with Dynatrace monitoring.
• Knowledge of networking, firewalls, and Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, especially Terraform or Crossplane.
• Good knowledge of the ITIL framework.
• Ability to manage and oversee resolution of complex technical incidents and problems.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve platform architectures, deployment strategies, and best practices.
• Monitor application and infrastructure performance and availability.
• Resolve high-level technical incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze metrics and identify performance improvements with development and infrastructure teams.
• Apply security policies, standards, patches, and updates.
• Provide user support and prepare technical documentation and training materials.
• Develop scripts and tools to automate tasks, deployments, and monitoring.
• Manage backup and recovery processes to protect data integrity and availability.
• Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, and Enterprise Architecture teams.
