Job summary

The Cloud SRE Engineer is responsible for the industrialization and operation of cloud platforms, optimizing performance and resilience through enhanced DevOps/SRE practices supported by AI. Key responsibilities include designing, automating, and securing cloud infrastructures on Azure, ensuring platform reliability, and implementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience, able to be operational quickly and have an immediate impact
• Strong technical background: experience in Cloud / DevOps / SRE / modernized production or R&D / engineering with a strong appetite for automation and IaC
• Build and SRE oriented mindset: strong culture of industrialization, automation, reliability, and SRE best practices
• High autonomy and responsibility: technical maturity allowing to handle end-to-end topics without a managerial role
• Transversal role and technical reference: key interface between infrastructure, R&D, architecture, security, and operations, with a central role in the Cloud delivery chain

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliability and continuity of Cloud platforms: availability, performance, and resilience (SLA/SLO/SLI, PCA/PRA, incident management and RCA)
• Deploy, operate, and standardize Cloud infrastructures: IaaS/PaaS/Kubernetes, Dev/Int/Prod environments and best operational practices
• Automate and secure Cloud operations: Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible), secure application deployments and compliance with security standards (ISO 27001, ISA 3402)
• Ensure observability and operational excellence: monitoring, logging, alerting, documentation (runbooks) and participation in technical committees and change management
• Optimize overall Cloud efficiency: support project teams, secure production deployment, and cost optimization through FinOps practices
