Job summary

The role focuses on maintaining operational conditions and managing the production of critical accounting applications. Key responsibilities include handling level 3 incidents, utilizing deployment tools like XLD/XLR, and automating deployments with DevOps tools such as Ansible and Docker. Candidates should have experience in production environments and be capable of working with various database systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT production and distributed environments
• Strong knowledge of scheduling tools (Control-M) and monitoring
• Scripting skills (Shell, Powershell) and automation (Ansible, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL)
• Ability to manage level 3 incidents and collaborate with project and business teams
• Experience with deployment/release management tools, ideally XLD/XLR
• Rigorous, autonomous, and service-oriented mindset

• Perform reporting and update operational documentation

• Handle application production: reception, validation, packaging, installation, and approval of components
• Lead or actively participate in project phases
• Contribute to disaster recovery tests and backup monitoring
• Configure and automate deployments using DevOps tools
• Participate in managing technical obsolescence
