Job summary

The role focuses on developing and operating critical cloud services within the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform, emphasizing user access management and security. Key responsibilities include designing and developing REST APIs, contributing to robust distributed architectures, and enhancing service performance and resilience using technologies such as Java, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• Strong backend development skills in Java
• Solid foundation in software design
• Knowledge of distributed architectures, microservices, and REST API development
• Experience or knowledge of cloud and DevOps environments
• Proficiency in collaborative development tools, especially Git
• Awareness of performance, scalability, availability, and resilience issues in cloud services
• Experience in security, identity management, user rights, or access control is a plus
• Familiarity with backend JavaScript / V8 is appreciated
• Knowledge of databases, SPARQL, and/or semantic web is valued
• Enjoys complex technical environments and possesses analytical skills, technical curiosity, and autonomy
• Likes working in a collaborative and international context with various teams and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a central cloud service for user access and rights management
• Create and develop REST APIs and backend components integrated into the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform
• Design robust, secure, and scalable distributed architectures
• Enhance service performance, availability, and resilience
• Collaborate with R&D and product teams to integrate developed components
• Analyze complex technical issues and propose creative solutions
• Maintain operational services in a DevOps environment
• Contribute to CI/CD development and deployment practices
• Continuously evolve platform technologies and architecture
