Job summary
The Ingénieur DevOps Confirmé role focuses on ensuring the availability, quality, and evolution of the software factory while guiding technical teams in adopting best practices for industrialization and automation. Responsibilities include maintaining Docker images, managing CI/CD pipelines, and providing expert support on complex CI/CD issues, utilizing technologies such as Linux, Docker, GitLab, and Microsoft Azure.

Responsibilities
- Ensure corrective and evolutionary maintenance of software factory components
- Maintain and evolve application Docker images and reduce technical debt
- Maintain Ansible playbooks and AWX templates for deployment and recurring operations
- Evolve CI/CD chains, build pipelines, automated testing, quality control, and deployment
- Participate in continuous improvement of application delivery and validation processes
- Conduct technical onboarding for teams: GitLab, Jira, Confluence, CI/CD pipelines, ArgoCD, Nexus, associated automations
- Support teams in adopting platform standards and best practices
- Ensure technical offboarding operations and compliance with access and component removal
- Participate in version upgrades, migrations, and management of software engineering tool obsolescence
- Maintain monitoring systems and develop platform observability
- Provide level 3 expert support on complex CI/CD issues and tool integrations
