Job summary

The role focuses on enhancing an AI platform to accommodate international growth and support over 100,000 users. Key responsibilities include automating testing processes, implementing DevOps practices like CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code, and managing Kubernetes and Cloud infrastructure, particularly with technologies such as Postgres, Redis, and MinIO/AIStor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in development, infrastructure, or similar role
• Minimum 5 years of experience as DevOps, SRE, or equivalent role
• Proven expertise in Kubernetes
• Experience in developing, operating, and scaling large-scale platforms with high availability, resilience, and performance challenges
• Proficiency in Python and/or Go
• Strong interest in AI engineering and product development related to AI

Responsibilities

• Support the scaling of the AI platform for large-scale international use
• Define and automate testing plans, including CI with unit, integration, and E2E tests
• Contribute to testing best practices
• Implement DevOps practices: CI/CD, deployment and testing automation, Infrastructure as Code
• Ensure platform stability and resilience: high availability, backup, disaster recovery, observability
• Manage and operate Kubernetes and Cloud infrastructure, particularly with Postgres, Redis, and MinIO/AIStor
• Enhance developer experience and streamline delivery processes
• Empower developers to manage applications from development to production
