Job summary

Provide technical support and expertise for Kubernetes and AWS platforms, helping AppOps and development teams through build and run activities. Handle complex level 2/3 incidents, troubleshoot Kubernetes and Redis, support deployments using ArgoCD and GitLab CI/CD, and improve monitoring and observability through dashboards, metrics, logs, and relevant alerts. The role also includes optimizing platform configurations and maintaining automation tools and technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Higher education in computer science
• At least 6 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Support AppOps and business development teams with Kubernetes and Redis technical issues
• Provide level 2/3 expertise for complex incidents and requests
• Advise teams on technical best practices
• Diagnose and resolve application and infrastructure issues on Kubernetes
• Investigate Redis performance, availability, and optimization issues
• Troubleshoot deployments using ArgoCD and GitLab CI/CD
• Assist teams with application deployments
• Optimize Kubernetes and Redis configurations
• Design and maintain monitoring dashboards and relevant alerts
• Analyze metrics and logs to identify issues proactively
• Improve platform observability
• Maintain and improve automation scripts and tools
• Document technical procedures and solutions
