Job summary

Maintain and evolve Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) in a critical banking production environment, working within an Agile team focused on automation and CI/CD. The role includes managing incidents and changes through ServiceNow, coordinating releases and SLA compliance, investigating root causes, and industrializing operational processes using Linux/Unix and related technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience with Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (AAP)
• Linux/Unix knowledge
• At least 2 to 3 years of IT production experience
• Experience managing incidents and changes with ServiceNow
• Fluent English
• Knowledge of containerized environments
• Red Hat OpenShift, GitLab/CI/CD, and Artifactory are advantageous

Responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve Ansible Automation Platform environments.
• Manage incidents, problems, and changes through ServiceNow.
• Coordinate production releases and ensure SLA compliance.
• Automate and industrialize operational processes.
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Write and maintain operational documentation and procedures.
• Collaborate with technical teams and participate in Agile ceremonies.
