Job summary
Seeking a Senior Technical Lead DevOps Engineer to oversee the deployment of a Field Service Management software solution, leading the project cycle from architecture design to production deployment.
Qualifications
- Total autonomy: ability to be operational immediately without a learning phase
- Excellent mastery of API integration and Web Services
- Knowledge of ServiceNow or FSM ecosystem appreciated
Responsibilities
- Frame and challenge functional needs with the Technical Architect and Product Owner
- Design software architecture, legacy SI interconnections, and technical infrastructure
- Write Technical Architecture Documents and lead architecture committees
- Support and guide the implementation team
- Design and implement technical interconnection between FSM solution and Intervention SI
- Set up and maintain environments (Dev, Qualif, UAT, Pre-prod, Prod)
- Build a generic CI/CD pipeline integrating common services (Authentication/IAM, API Gateway)
- Implement monitoring and supervision (BEM, alerting) connected to operational tools
- Define and implement Non-Functional Requirements and ensure transition to RUN
