Job summary
The DevOps Engineer supports deployment and operations for a SaaS service running on on-premises Kubernetes and AWS. The role industrializes and maintains deployments, provides Level 3 support for application and middleware incidents, and automates and documents operational tools and processes using technologies including AWS EKS, Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, Helm, PostgreSQL, and Kubernetes.

Qualifications
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Master's degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Operational English proficiency.
- Autonomous, rigorous, and pragmatic approach.
- Strong customer service and client relationship skills.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve service deployments on Kubernetes and AWS.
- Provide Level 3 support for platform applications and middleware, resolving integration and production incidents.
- Industrialize and automate routine tasks.
- Develop, maintain, and document deployment, production, and operations tools.
- Continuously improve tools, components, and processes for application operation and deployment.
