Job summary
Administer and operate an Elastic stack to maintain performance and availability, and manage data collection through SPLUNK and ELK log pipelines. The role includes operational maintenance, incident diagnosis, product upgrades, production process automation, and participation in a log-collection migration to an internal cloud for a transport-sector client. The technical environment includes Elasticsearch, Kibana, Logstash, Grafana, Windows, Active Directory, Linux, Python, Ansible, and Shell.

Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience administering ELK and automating processes.
- Proficiency with the technologies listed in the technical environment.
- Problem-solving orientation and commitment to continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Administer and operate the Elastic stack to maintain performance and availability.
