Job summary
The Systems DevOps Engineer designs, deploys, and operates cloud and IT infrastructure for digital transformation projects, from early analysis and architecture through rollout and ongoing support. The role includes infrastructure automation, performance optimization, Agile delivery, and resolution of complex incidents, using technologies such as OpenShift, Ansible, CloudForms, Jenkins, Red Hat Linux, VMware, Docker, GitLab, and Bash, Perl, and Python.

Qualifications
- At least 3 years of IT infrastructure experience, particularly in systems, cloud, or DevOps
- Practical experience with OpenShift, configuration management, deployment tools, Linux, virtualization, scripting, and networking
- Knowledge of DevOps, continuous integration, and continuous delivery
- Good spoken and written English
- Autonomous, rigorous, pragmatic, and service-oriented
Responsibilities
- Contribute to digital transformation projects from initial study through deployment support
- Design infrastructure architecture and define infrastructure evolution plans
- Participate in project analysis and design, including PI planning and sprint phases
- Automate infrastructure using Ansible and CloudForms
- Deploy infrastructure using Agile methods in collaboration with development teams
- Monitor infrastructure and optimize performance
- Maintain infrastructure operations and security
- Provide infrastructure support and maintenance
- Manage complex incidents, problems, and escalations
- Coordinate between client development teams and other technical teams
