Job summary

Develop and productionize AI, generative AI, NLP, and audio transcription services for information products. Design LLM and RAG architectures, build business APIs for speech-to-text and content processing, deploy services with Docker, Kubernetes, and GitLab CI/CD, and evaluate and monitor reliability using MLflow, LLM-as-judge, and reference datasets.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience, including at least three years in AI, machine learning, or deep learning development with production deployments.
• Proficiency in Python and/or Node.js for AI, SQL, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, and MLflow.
• NLP and speech-to-text skills.
• Autonomy, ability to communicate with non-technical users, adaptability in an evolving environment, and Agile experience.

Responsibilities

• Design LLM architectures, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Develop and expose business APIs for speech-to-text, content classification, SEO headline generation, and contextualization.
• Deploy AI services using Docker, Kubernetes, and GitLab CI/CD.
• Track experiments and evaluate outputs using MLflow, LLM-as-judge, and reference datasets.
• Monitor prompt drift and improve service reliability.
• Collaborate with technical teams and explain solutions to business users.
