Job summary

The Ingénieur Plateforme DevOps role focuses on standardizing development and deployment practices to enhance delivery quality in a dynamic environment. Key responsibilities include industrializing CI/CD workflows, implementing Supply Chain Security standards, and improving platform observability using technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and GitLab CI/CD.

Qualifications

• Strong mastery of Docker, Kubernetes, and GitLab CI/CD in production environments.
• Experience with API Management/Gravitee.
• Proficiency in observability tools: OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Matomo.
• Experience with Azure: deployment, troubleshooting, and database operations.
• Good mastery of Python for scripting, automation, and tool development.
• Knowledge of the Python ecosystem: pip, conda, uv, ruff, mypy.
• Mastery of Git/GitLab, dependency management, and virtual environments.
• Experience in contract-first API design with OpenAPI/Swagger.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve Golden Paths to standardize and accelerate project initiation.
• Industrialize CI/CD workflows: build, tests, security, quality, and deployment.
• Implement Supply Chain Security standards: SBOM, scans, secrets, traceability, and image security.
• Structure platform observability: logs, metrics, traces, alerting, and dashboards.
• Design and maintain platform tools and APIs for team self-service.
• Operate and enhance Kubernetes/Docker environments in production.
• Support Citizen Developers on Python, CI/CD, project initiation, observability, and best practices.
• Produce documentation and conduct technical workshops.
