Intermediate DevOps Engineer

Job summary

Univerus is seeking an Intermediate DevOps Engineer to manage release engineering, deployment pipelines, and operational support for Asset applications.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ownership of release and deployment processes for a production application
• Confident with one major cloud
• Proven experience building and debugging CI/CD pipelines
• Able to read and write code in a general-purpose language
• Strong working knowledge of containers and Git
• Working understanding of cloud identity and secrets management
• Comfortable operating across an organisational boundary
• Clear written communication

Responsibilities

• Own release engineering for Asset BU products
• Provision and maintain Asset BU environments
• Manage the Asset BU’s infrastructure-as-code stacks
• Lead the Asset BU’s migration of repositories and pipelines
• Apply the company identity and secrets model to Asset BU workloads
• Provide operational support for Asset applications
• Act as the Asset BU’s point of contact with central Platform Engineering
• Provide the delivery and deployment foundations for the BU’s AI initiatives
• Write and maintain runbooks, release procedures, and decision records
