IT-Administration / DevOps Engineer (m/w/d)

Job summary

Responsible for administration and development of system and application landscape.

Qualifications

• Completed training as an IT specialist or comparable qualification
• Entry-level candidates are welcome
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and DevOps methods is a plus
• High service and customer orientation and analytical thinking
• Ability to translate complex requirements into technical solutions
• Team player, strong communication skills, initiative, and interest in new technologies

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize existing infrastructure and cloud systems
• Support and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Business Central
• Design and accompany IT projects and processes
• Collaborate with external development teams
• Assist and advise SHERA teams on IT issues
• Act as a contact for employees on IT questions and technical issues
• Administer Windows Server/Client environments, Hyper-V, Office 365, and network, backup, and firewall systems
