Job summary

Responsible for stable and secure operation of applications on the strategic information and communication platform for laboratories.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable education
• Good knowledge of Linux operating systems (Red Hat based)
• Experience in operation and support in a DevOps model
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational database systems (ideally PostgreSQL)
• Experience in development, ideally Java applications and/or scripting with Ansible
• Experience working in agile teams
• Analytical approach and working style
• Strong communication skills
• Team player
• Proactive attitude
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form

Responsibilities

• Operate defined applications on the strategic information and communication platform
• Ensure stable and secure operation of the platform
• Provide support for implemented applications
• Resolve issues in collaboration with developers
• Increase automation of deployed applications
• Advise internal customers
• Capture change requests
• Coordinate implementation with departments
• Support laboratories in rollout projects
