Job summary
Provides day-to-day operational support for customer infrastructure, maintaining service levels through health checks, reporting, and ITIL-aligned incident, problem, request, and change management. The role includes complex multi-site troubleshooting, root cause analysis, infrastructure project support, and platform design using technologies such as Windows Server, Hyper-V, Azure, Active Directory, Entra ID, Terraform, and Jenkins.

Qualifications
- Hands-on technical support experience with enterprise infrastructure
- Detailed knowledge of Windows Server, virtualization, and Azure
- Experience with several of Hyper-V, Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, DNS, and DHCP
- Knowledge of Azure infrastructure deployment and infrastructure-as-code automation using tools such as Terraform and Jenkins
- Current multi-vendor associate- or professional-level certifications
- Experience working collaboratively with virtual or remote teams
- Experience working within the ITIL framework
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical, multi-site, multidisciplinary incidents and problems
- Ability to obtain HM Government security clearance
Responsibilities
- Manage incidents, problems, requests, and changes in line with service levels and ITIL practices
- Perform health checks and reporting across customer infrastructure
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring and major incidents
- Support project solution design and ensure solutions meet customer requirements
- Maintain customer infrastructure standards, frameworks, and compliance
- Update technical and support documentation, including high-level and low-level designs
- Proactively improve infrastructure stability, availability, and performance
- Contribute to infrastructure roadmaps, proposals, impact assessments, and statements of work
- Install and configure equipment for project delivery
- Support the design and implementation of infrastructure platforms
