Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor IT and DevOps functions.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure security, reliability, and scalability of infrastructure.
• Oversee IT operations, including system administration and support.
• Collaborate with software development teams to improve processes.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
• Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures.
• Manage vendor relationships and departmental budget.
• Drive adoption of DevOps best practices.
