Responsibilities

• Lead technical development of platform capabilities.
• Lead the platform team, setting objectives and developing career paths.
• Define and implement a unified platform and cloud engineering strategy.
• Act as product owner for the enterprise platform.
• Align enterprise platform and cloud engineering with group strategy.
• Partner with development teams to provision their work.
• Maintain availability of shared platform capabilities and services.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies.
• Assist in maintenance of existing estate.
• Manage agile project backlog of stories and tasks.
• Manage budget for enterprise platform capabilities.
• Support cloud applications engineering efforts.
• Manage external suppliers and services.
