Qualifications
- Strong experience in infrastructure engineering across Windows environments
- Experience in managing technologies such as Active Directory, Windows Servers, MS-SQL, Citrix, Cisco switching, Meraki
- Understanding of networking, firewalls, and cloud platforms
- Hands-on experience with patching, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery
- Experience with cyber security principles and tools
- Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and automation
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain servers, storage, networking, and virtualisation platforms
- Lead patch management, system upgrades, and infrastructure automation initiatives
- Support cloud infrastructure and hybrid environments
- Implement hardening standards and security controls
- Provide system monitoring and triage infrastructure issues
- Collaborate on incident response and vulnerability remediation
- Contribute to infrastructure roadmaps and best practices
