Responsibilities

• Support operation and maintenance of network infrastructure across all locations

• Identify and document network configuration changes
• Test and implement approved network changes according to standards
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for network incidents and service requests
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues across LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and cloud
