Job summary
The IT Infrastructure Engineer operates and develops infrastructure supporting approximately 60 senior centers and other facilities, specializing in Citrix, SQL, or network architecture. Responsibilities include monitoring and troubleshooting systems, optimizing SQL server performance, administering network security, and managing virtual server, backup, recovery, and cloud environments. The role also contributes to incident, change, and problem management and the ongoing development of IT security measures.

Qualifications
- Degree in computer science, business informatics, or equivalent qualification; alternatively, IT vocational training with relevant professional experience
- Experience in IT support or infrastructure
- Understanding of modern infrastructure platforms
- Knowledge of networking and IT security
