The Infrastructure Engineer role is essential for building, securing, and maintaining reliable infrastructure that supports global operations. Key responsibilities include managing enterprise network infrastructure, Azure networking, and VMware environments, while implementing security controls and disaster recovery solutions using technologies like Veeam and Azure Site Recovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the same field
• Cisco CCNA or CCNP
• Azure certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-700
• Virtual certifications such as VMware and Hyper-V
• Experience in implementing ZTNA in a large organization is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure
• Manage Azure networking
• Administer VMware vSphere/ESXi and Microsoft Hyper-V environments
• Manage Zscaler ZIA/ZPA and support Zero Trust initiatives
• Implement and maintain on-premises Kubernetes infrastructure
• Implement security controls and support vulnerability remediation
• Manage backup and disaster recovery solutions
• Conduct backup testing and recovery exercises
• Troubleshoot infrastructure incidents
• Maintain infrastructure documentation and standards
