Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure platforms
- Support infrastructure operations across multiple locations and hybrid environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues
- Support upgrades, patching, and configuration changes
- Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and security
- Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning
- Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders
- Follow security, compliance, and governance requirements
- Participate in on-call support rota when required
