Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve complex workplace, Microsoft 365, application, permission, and network issues
• Identify recurring problems, information gaps, and manual tasks, and develop improvements
• Design use cases for generative AI and develop reusable prompts and workflows
• Develop and improve AI agents for defined knowledge, support, and process applications
• Automate recurring processes using approved workflow, low-code, or scripting technologies
• Develop Power BI reports for specific operational questions
• Document solutions, consider governance, and enable the team for secure usage
• Facilitate knowledge transfer to enhance team efficiency
