Job summary
The TechOps Engineer facilitates the management and extension of internal systems and platforms to deliver consultant services. This hands-on role requires a broad range of technical skills across infrastructure, networking, and Linux, utilizing automation and infrastructure as code principles. The position involves working in a small, dynamic global team with exposure to new technologies and methods for ensuring reliable and secure IT operations.

Qualifications
- previous experience in a TechOps/Infrastructure Engineer role or similar technical IT role
- proficient Linux administration capability (Ubuntu/Debian/RHEL)
- previous datacenter experience
Responsibilities
- facilitate management and extension of internal systems and platforms
- aid in development and architecture of new and existing systems
- prepare and support IT operations solutions and services
- maintain, patch, troubleshoot, and document physical and virtual network/server/cloud infrastructure environments
- monitor physical and virtual network/server/cloud infrastructure environments with a strong focus on security
- diagnose and resolve issues in accordance with published SLAs
- lead design and architectural development of IT systems
- collaborate with departments and stakeholders to oversee creation of complex global IT solutions
- mentor team members
