Qualifications

• Experience supporting and maintaining Microsoft technologies.
• Educated to A-Levels or equivalent; additional IT certifications desirable.
• Hands-on consultative approach with customers and senior management.
• Strong background in collaborating with operational IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for cloud-hosted and on-premises server environments.
• Contribute to lifecycle management and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure.
• Participate in change control, testing, and deployment of infrastructure services.
• Proactively address technical issues and requirements.
• Provide 3rd-line IT infrastructure support, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
• Collaborate with operational support teams, focusing on mentoring and knowledge sharing.
• Work with the security team to maintain strong security posture.
• Ensure integrity of security practices and contribute to accreditation.
• Create and maintain documentation for IT infrastructure services.
