Job summary
The IT Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for maintaining, designing, implementing, and supporting the corporate infrastructure, including management of storage, servers, and network devices.

Responsibilities
- Maintain, design, implement, and support corporate infrastructure
- Manage and maintain storage, virtualized environment, servers, and network devices
- Perform network maintenance and system upgrades
- Monitor systems and identify performance issues
- Ensure system availability and reliability
- Provide Tier-2/3 support and troubleshooting
- Represent the infrastructure team as a technical consultant
- Work within configuration and change management policies
- Select and implement security tools and policies
- Maintain project plans and documentation
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
- Maintain relationships with service providers
- Manage corporate infrastructure capex projects
- Be on call for emergencies
