The IT Infrastructure Engineer will ensure the security and resilience of the IT infrastructure while supporting colleagues across the organization. • provide technical expertise to the Infrastructure Team and wider business
• take ownership of infrastructure projects from planning to delivery
• resolve complex technical issues
• maintain accurate documentation and asset records
• ensure services are delivered in line with agreed standards and SLAs
• shape infrastructure strategy
• identify opportunities to improve performance, security and resilience
