Job summary

The IT Infrastructure Engineer will support, maintain, and administer core IT infrastructure environments, ensuring their availability, performance, reliability, and security.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and virtualisation platforms.
• Experience supporting cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Experience in structured IT support or ITIL-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and administer core IT infrastructure environments.
• Ensure availability, performance, reliability, and security of infrastructure systems.
• Manage and support Microsoft-based environments.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support cybersecurity initiatives including patch management and access controls.
• Assist with disaster recovery and business continuity solutions.
• Support infrastructure-related projects.
• Collaborate with service desk, network, and application support teams.
• Investigate and resolve infrastructure incidents and problems.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation.
• Manage relationships with third-party suppliers and support providers.
• Participate in change management activities.
